Outreach Chicago is a Veteran led organization that addresses the needs of homeless families, individuals, and veterans in Chicago.
Mission
Through compassionate and consistent street outreach, we seek out individuals who are often hidden in plain sight—people living without basic necessities, stability, or support. Outreach Chicago is committed to meeting people where they are, providing life’s essentials, and bringing dignity, hope, and human connection to communities across the South and West Sides of Chicago.
Vision
Our vision is a community where every person experiencing homelessness or economic hardship has access to the support and resources necessary to move toward stability, safety, and a renewed sense of hope.
